Warning - Rogue Traders are cold calling and leaflet dropping in the Denmead, Waterlooville, Cowplain, Horndean and surrounding areas of Hampshire offering to block pave/tarmac driveways etc.  These traders are not providing consumers with the required notice of right to cancel, which gives consumers a 7 day cooling off period and are starting work without obtaining written consent before any work is commenced.
