All have occurred between 11:00 and 15:00 on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Descriptions of those involved vary so much that it could be almost anyone, so the general message is that if you see something suspicious/unusual, such as a person in a back garden who you don't think should be there, or persons looking into gardens, climbing fences etc then please phone the Police. 999 would be suitable for this purpose if you felt that any delay would compromise the incident.
